We have been through many changes, some not so great, but our leadership strives to enhance what works and fix what doesn't. Not many other companies give each employee access to give direct feedback to the CEO and see the feedback affect change.

This company truly cares about its people. During this time, their supervisor above them decided to hide behind their desk, and watch it happen. Most all of the people that left knew within 2 weeks of this new TM guy was hired that they were not sticking around.

Every company has opportunities for improvement. I'm happy to see the leadership being proactive in finding and solving issues. Due to being leased homes, there were not time consuming, weekly meetings with homeowners. Remote work for all employees & reasonable compensation. Pros & Cons are excerpts from user reviews. Good benefits [only after 30 days working with the company.

The division has crashed, and burned while corporate stood back and didn't know how to step in, and fix the problem. It's a shame, because when we all started our job, we had a good team and enjoyed our job. It basically crumbled due to one bad hire that immediately starting hiring all his cronies from the previous company he worked for, and buried the division. Beware of finger pointing, lies, lack of teamwork from upper management, and unqualified leadership. I would use the word toxic to describe the Charlotte division.
